How do I place an order?
To get started on your custom order, you need to sign up first. Once your sign up has been approved, download and install our ordering software, available for Mac and PC. After installation is complete on your computer, you can start creating products.
The main benefit of using our software is being able to view your order in real time. As you select different framing or canvas options, the software will automatically update to show you exactly what it will look like and how much your order will cost.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment options include credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or direct debit.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days for your custom products to leave our workshop. After we’ve sent your order, you will receive a tracking number and it will be delivered by our shipping partners TNT and Australia Post, based on approximate shipping times.
Approximate shipping times are below.
- Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne: 2 business days
- Canberra: 3 business days
- Hobart and Perth: 5 business days
- Darwin: 6 business days
Can I pick my order up?
Prefer to pick up your orders? No worries! You can organise to collect your order directly from our workshop in Bahrs Scrub, QLD.
Just contact us to organise a time that suits you.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we can send the product either to your studio or directly to your client in unmarked packaging.
Can I get a discount for samples?
We’re committed to helping you show off your best work. That’s why we offer a 30% discount on frame samples and a 40% discount on canvas samples.
